Moreover, the motor can run stably for a long time at any point on the mechanical characteristic curve of its torque and speed, so it can ensure that the reel cable can obtain appropriate winding speed and tension on the corresponding radius of the reel.

　　The new cable drum adopts frequency conversion control, and an opening detection encoder is installed on the drum of the hoisting mechanism. Through on-site measurement, the actual opening value of the steel wire rope of the hoisting mechanism is written into the PLC, and the internal logic operation of the PLC is performed. The given value of the motor frequency of the cable drum when the steel wire rope is in each layer is obtained, and the line speed of the new cable drum and the hoisting mechanism are consistent. When the hoisting mechanism rises or falls, the cable reel rises or falls at the same linear speed.
